From single-story homes to commercial storefronts, restaurants, and specialty glass — we bring the right equipment and the right approach to every property.
Interior and exterior cleaning for residential and commercial windows. Water-fed pole system for upper floors — no ladders against your home.
Office buildings, storefronts, HOA common areas, and property managers. Reliable scheduling and clean results that reflect well on your business.
Entry glass, dining room windows, patio enclosures. We schedule around your hours so your guests never see us working.
Hard water stain removal, shower glass, skylights, architectural glass, and surfaces that need more than a standard clean.
Nathan and Claudia run this business together. When you call, you reach the owner. When we show up, it's us — not a crew hired for the day. Your property gets the care we'd want for our own.
Water-fed pole systems with deionized water leave glass spotless and dry without residue. Traditional professional kit for interiors and specialty surfaces. We bring the right tool for each situation.
We work carefully around your landscaping, screens, and siding. We close gates and fences behind us. We're not in a rush to hit the next job on a quota list. Your property gets the attention it deserves.
We carry full liability insurance on every job. You shouldn't have to think twice about letting someone onto your property — and with us, you don't have to.
We work around your schedule — not the other way around. Early mornings for restaurants, weekdays or weekends for homes, recurring contracts for commercial properties. Tell us what works.
No phone trees, no call centers, no waiting on hold. You call or text, we respond. Questions before the job, updates during, and we stand behind the work after.
The van is fully stocked before every job — water-fed pole system, deionized water tank, traditional cleaning kit, hard water treatment chemicals, and a full set of spare parts. We don't cut a job short because we're missing something.
On-site, we assess before we start — what type of glass, what kind of build-up, what approach makes sense. Then we clean, we check our work, and we let you know when we're done.

Hard water stain removal is one of our specialty services. This level of mineral deposit and soap scum buildup responds well to our chemical treatment process — without etching the glass.
We serve Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. If you're in South Florida's Treasure Coast or Palm Beach region, we come to you.
Most quote requests are answered within one business day. Once your quote is approved, we typically schedule within a few business days — though during busy season (October through April) we may book out a week or two. If you're on a deadline for an event, photography, or a closing date, mention it and we'll do our best.
Residential window cleaning generally starts around $175. Most single-story homes run $200–$400; two-story homes vary more widely. Screen enclosure cleaning starts around $175. Specialty glass work (hard-water removal, shower-glass restoration) is quoted per surface. Every quote is itemized — no surprise add-ons. Ask us about recurring-service savings.
Yes — general liability insurance on every job, residential and commercial. Certificates of insurance are available on request. Hiring an uninsured cleaner puts your property at risk; we don't cut that corner.
For exterior glass we use a pure-water filtration system — deionized water that dries clean with no residue. We occasionally will use some soap if your windows are especially dirty. For interior and specialty work we use professional-grade solutions that are safe for landscaping, pets, and children. We're happy to tell you exactly what we're using on your property.
Our guarantee: if anything isn't right, we come back and re-clean at no charge. No questions asked. It applies to every service — residential, commercial, screen, and specialty glass.
Both — and most homeowners book them together at least once a year. Exterior uses our pure-water system; interior uses traditional squeegee technique. We hand-detail sills, tracks, and frames as part of interior service. Exterior-only bookings are also available.
Most homes benefit from cleaning every three to six months. Coastal homes facing salt spray — Singer Island, Jupiter, Juno Beach — often go quarterly to keep salt film from etching the glass. Florida's pollen, humidity, and hard water make regular service more important than in drier climates.
Yes. Some hard-water etching is too deep to fully restore; some screens are too brittle to clean without damage. We'll tell you up front when something is beyond what cleaning can fix — and point you toward the right next step, whether that's a glass company, screen installer, or someone else.
