Why we made this

Most window cleaning companies don't explain what they do or why. We think that's a mistake. When you understand the tools and methods, you can ask better questions, make better decisions, and hold us to a higher standard.

Nathan and Claudia run this business themselves. These videos and articles reflect the way we actually work — not a sales pitch from a franchise with fifty locations. If you ever want to dig deeper, just ask.

FAQ

Resources and tips questions.

What is TDS and why does it matter for window cleaning?+

TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids — basically the minerals in your water. Tap water in South Florida has high TDS, which means it leaves white spots and residue when it dries. Our pure-water system produces 0-10 TDS water that dries completely clean with no spots or residue. Lower TDS means cleaner windows.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?+

Most South Florida homes benefit from cleaning every 3-6 months. Coastal homes near the ocean face salt spray and usually go quarterly. Inland homes can often stretch to twice a year. If you're not sure, the Resources section has guides to help you figure out the right schedule for your home.

Do you use chemicals on my windows?+

For exterior glass we use a pure-water filtration system — deionized water that dries clean with no residue. We occasionally will use some soap if your windows are especially dirty. For interior and specialty work we use professional-grade solutions that are safe for landscaping, pets, and children.

Respect for you, your time, and your property. Always.
