Quotes are completely free and carry no obligation — full stop. You can request one by phone, text, or through our quote form. We aim to respond within one business day, usually faster. If your job requires an on-site assessment (large estates, post-construction, severe hard-water etching), we'll schedule that within the week and there's still no charge.

Every quote is custom-built around your property. We look at the number of windows, number of stories, glass condition (hard-water, salt film, post-construction residue), interior vs. exterior, screen count, and access difficulty. The price ranges on this page are starting points — your actual quote will be a single, itemized number with no surprise add-ons on service day.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments via Zelle and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service — no deposit required for standard residential and commercial jobs. For larger commercial contracts we can arrange net-15 invoicing on request. We do not require auto-charge of recurring customers; you approve every visit.

Yes. Customers on a quarterly or bi-annual recurring schedule receive a 10% discount on every visit, plus priority scheduling when seasonal demand picks up (think early November and pre-holiday season).

Five factors drive most of the price: (1) number of windows and panes, (2) number of stories — water-fed-pole work above two stories takes longer, (3) interior cleaning included or not, (4) glass condition — heavy hard-water or post-construction residue requires specialty treatment, and (5) access — landscaping, balconies, and pool surrounds can add time. We'll itemize every factor when you get your quote so you know exactly what's driving the number.

Our minimum service call is $125. That covers a small job, a partial-home service, or a single specialty surface like a chandelier or shower-glass restoration. The minimum is what makes it worth our drive and setup time — and it lets us serve smaller jobs we'd otherwise have to turn down.

We don't match prices — we beat them on value. Many lower quotes leave out interior glass, screen cleaning, or warranty work. If you've received another quote and want us to itemize the difference, send us a copy and we'll walk through what's actually included on each side. You'll usually find we're competitive — and we don't cut corners to get there.

Sometimes — and we'll always tell you up front. Standard two-story water-fed-pole work is built into our base pricing. Three-story homes, balcony-only access, glass over water features, or work requiring lift equipment will see an access-difficulty line on the quote so you can see exactly what's adding cost.
