We designed our process to be completely transparent, so you always know what to expect before, during, and after your service.
Fill out our quote form online or call directly. Tell us about your property — the service you need, the size of your home or building, and any specific concerns like hard-water stains or post-construction residue.
An owner reviews your request and contacts you with a clear, itemized quote. No vague estimates — we explain exactly what's included and what the price covers.
Once you approve the quote, we'll schedule a time that works for you. You'll receive a confirmation with your scheduled date and a reminder the day before.
Our team arrives on time with all the equipment for the job. We use professional-grade pure-water filtration and proven techniques for a spotless result every time.
When the job is complete, we do a final walk-through to make sure every surface meets our quality standard. If anything doesn't look right — we fix it before we leave.
Not happy with the result? We come back and re-clean any area at no charge — no questions asked. Applies to all residential and commercial window cleaning, screen cleaning, and specialty glass services.
Most quote requests get a reply within a few hours — and often quicker. If you submit on a weekend or evening, you'll hear from us first thing the next business morning at the latest. For urgent jobs (pre-listing photography, post-storm cleanup), say so in the notes and we'll move you up.
For exterior-only work, no. We just need access to a water spigot and potentially an electric outlet that is working. For interior cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in — or you can leave a key, garage code, or arrange access through a property manager. Many of our recurring customers leave us with door codes; we're fully insured and we treat every home like our own.
Each home is different. On average most homes can be completed in 4-6 hours. Sometimes less and sometimes more if a larger home. For large estates we can be there multiple days. It all really depends on the details. When we give you a price we will give you an estimate on how long it will take.
For exterior glass: a pure-water (DI) filtration system that produces 0-10 TDS water. The pure water lifts dirt and dries clean — no chemicals, no streaks. Occasionally we will use some soap on windows that have not been cleaned for a long time. Then we ensure to rinse with our filtered water. For interior glass: traditional squeegee technique with low-residue solutions. For specialty work: professional-grade restoration techniques and chemicals. We'll explain anything we're using on your property if you're curious.
For exterior work, yes — and the reason is the water itself. Tap water leaves mineral residue when it dries (those white spots). Pure 0-10 TDS water has no minerals to leave behind, so it dries truly clean even out of reach of a squeegee. Another benefit is that you get the whole window including the frame and if you choose the shutters cleaned. It also keeps us safely on the ground for two- and three-story windows. For interior work, we still use squeegee technique — different tools for different jobs.
Light rain doesn't affect the result because pure-water exterior cleaning dries clean regardless. Heavy rain or thunderstorms that just won't stop? We'll reschedule at no charge — Florida storms aren't safe to work in, and we don't pretend otherwise. We monitor the forecast on your service day and will call or text if we need to push.
Call or text us. We hope to avoid this by doing a final walk through of the home when we finish. If you do find an issue, we come back at no charge — no fine print. We'd rather fix a single missed pane than have you go around your house seeing it.
For most homes, no. We move light furniture as needed and protect floors with drop cloths. For heavily furnished rooms or homes with very tall ceilings and elaborate window treatments, we'll mention it in advance if we give an in-person price. If you know of challenging issues let us know ahead of time and we will address the concern and make a plan with you ahead of time.
Family-owned, fully insured, owner-operated. Nathan or Claudia will be the ones you hear from — and the ones who show up.
