Yes. NG Services LLC carries full general liability insurance covering every job we perform — residential and commercial. We are licensed to operate in the State of Florida. A certificate of insurance is available on request and can name your property, your HOA, or your property manager as an additional interested party. Most COI requests are fulfilled within one business day, and often within an hour.

In the rare case something gets damaged, we own it — full stop. We document the incident, notify you immediately, and make it right through our liability insurance. We don't disappear, we don't dispute it, and we don't make you chase us. Our reputation is worth more than any claim, and we treat it that way.

For most residential and light-commercial work, our water-fed pole system keeps us safely on the ground — no ladders on your roof, no risk of falls, no damage to landscaping or hardscape from heavy equipment. We can reach most standard two-story homes and many three-story structures without ever leaving the ground. For high-rise buildings or specialized rope access work, we refer you to a qualified partner rather than attempt work outside our equipment and training.

We monitor weather throughout the day. Light rain doesn't affect our pure-water exterior cleaning and we'll typically proceed unless you prefer we don't — pure water cleans effectively in light rain. Heavy rain, lightning, or sustained high winds are a different story. We will not work in lightning under any circumstances, and in dangerous conditions we reschedule at no charge to you. We'll contact you in advance when possible and find the next available slot that works.

Yes. Our exterior cleaning uses pure deionized water — no soap, no chemicals in most cases. There's nothing to harm your plants, grass, or hardscape, and nothing that leaves a residue for pets or children to contact. For interior cleaning, we use low-residue cleaning solutions appropriate for glass and window frames. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, just let us know before the job and we'll accommodate.

Since you are working directly with the owners — Nathan and Claudia — you don't have to worry about a rotating team of employees or subcontractors. You know exactly who is coming to your home. We are happy to provide a background check if required by your property manager, HOA, or gated community. Just ask and we'll arrange it before the first visit.
