Skylights are notoriously difficult to clean. On the exterior you battle the heat and the sun in Florida which make getting them clean with traditional cleaning difficult. With our water fed method this becomes much easier and the quality of work is raised.
The interior is difficult as typical squeegee techniques wont work when you are working upside-down. Plus, getting to the glass can be almost impossible even with a ladder. We have proven techniques on even large and high skylights.
We assess each skylight's condition and access requirements before work begins. We do not perform work on steeply pitched roofs or in unsafe conditions.

Sometimes — and we'll always tell you up front. Skylights with difficult roof access, high pitches, or over water features will have an access-difficulty line on the quote.
For most residential skylights, our water-fed pole system keeps us safely on the ground or on stable roof sections. For high-pitch or multi-story roof skylights, we'll discuss the access approach in advance and refer to a partner if it requires rope access.
