Outside-only service for homes where the interior is already taken care of. Our pure-water system removes salt, dust, and irrigation deposits — generally no chemicals, no squeegee marks.
Our 0–10 TDS pure-water system uses a soft brush to agitate and lift salt spray, hard water deposits, pollen, and organic growth from glass — then rinses clean and evaporates without leaving any residue.
No soap, no chemicals, no squeegee wiping required. The result is genuinely clean glass that stays cleaner longer.
We clean from the ground using extended poles — generally no ladders leaning on your fascia or gutters, no risk to your landscaping or roof tiles.
For exterior glass: a pure-water (DI) filtration system that produces 0-10 TDS water. The pure water lifts dirt and dries clean — no chemicals, no streaks. Occasionally we will use some soap on windows that have not been cleaned for a long time, then rinse with our filtered water. We'll explain anything we're using on your property if you're curious.
For exterior work, yes — and the reason is the water itself. Tap water leaves mineral residue when it dries (those white spots). Pure 0-10 TDS water has no minerals to leave behind, so it dries truly clean even out of reach of a squeegee. You also get the whole window including the frame cleaned. It also keeps us safely on the ground for two- and three-story windows.
Light rain doesn't affect the result because pure-water exterior cleaning dries clean regardless. Heavy rain or thunderstorms? We'll reschedule at no charge — Florida storms aren't safe to work in, and we don't pretend otherwise. We monitor the forecast on your service day and will call or text if we need to push.
For exterior glass we use a pure-water filtration system — deionized water that dries clean with no residue. We occasionally will use some soap if your windows are especially dirty. For interior and specialty work we use professional-grade solutions that are safe for landscaping, pets, and children.
For exterior-only work, no. We just need access to a water spigot and potentially an electric outlet that is working. Many of our recurring customers leave us with door codes; we're fully insured and we treat every home like our own.
