For exterior work, yes — the reason is the water itself. Tap water leaves mineral residue when it dries (those white spots). Pure 0-10 TDS water has no minerals to leave behind, so it dries truly clean even out of reach of a squeegee. It also keeps us safely on the ground for two- and three-story windows.
Sometimes — and we'll always tell you up front. Standard two-story water-fed-pole work is built into our base pricing. Three-story homes, balcony-only access, glass over water features, or work requiring lift equipment will see an access-difficulty line on the quote.
