Both — and most homeowners book them together at least once a year. Exterior uses our pure-water system; interior uses traditional squeegee technique. We hand-detail sills, tracks, and frames as part of interior service. Exterior-only bookings are also available.

Yes — screen removal, cleaning, and reinstallation are included with exterior window service when needed. Most screens just need a soft-wash to remove pollen, dust, and light algae. Heavily damaged or oxidized screens we'll flag for replacement.

For exterior-only work, no. We just need access to a water spigot and potentially an electric outlet that is working. For interior cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in — or you can leave a key, garage code, or arrange access through a property manager.
